Larson Group was founded in the beautiful and picturesque spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, by Managing Director Martin Pollard and CEO Pete Robinson in early 2010.

Our aim was simply to bring a fresh approach to the recruiting business in a way that would create a much happier workforce coupled with a fun and relaxed working environment. This ensures a better experience for our clients and candidates alike.  It was this goal and the desire to share wealth creation that helped us create our unique "Associate" model within Larson Group.

Associates are seasoned recruiters, experts in their vertical markets who Larson Group has given the opportunity to run their own business units, coupled with the independence, freedom and of course financial reward that goes with owning a business. They all trade as Larson Group companies to end user clients and benefit from the support given by an organisation set up specifically to maximise their expertise, skills and personal earnings potential here and now, rather than the promise of a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
