Quality and Compliance Manager – Elderly Care

£52,500 + Package

Are you experienced in ensuring care homes meet their regulatory requirements? Are you able to support staff at all levels to deliver the best care possible? Are you passionate about raising the quality of care delivered to our elders?

This well-regarded care provider requires a Quality Manager to ensure care standards are maintained and improved. You will be responsible for supporting home managers with budgetary, recruitment and disciplinary issues. You will audit the care homes and deliver reports on these audits. You will be an integral part of the senior management team.
