Our client is a leading provider of cloud computing and managed hosting, they are looking for an energetic customer facing Service Manager who can work with their enviable client list as well as leading a team of 3 direct reports and their talented technicians.
You will need to have:
Several years experience of working in a business critical systems team
Experience of the hosting market or data centre/Back Up/Infrastructure
strong management skills
Strong track record of devising and delivering process and procedures to deliver a first class levels service
Experience of delivering operational and service delivery of hosting, connectivity and email products
Strong client facing skills
It would be advantageous if you have a solid Net-app storage knowledge
